Frozen Sourdough Baking Instructions

Finding Inspiration in Every Turn

Pre-heat your oven to 400F. While the oven is pre-heating, let the bread sit on the counter in the sealed ziplock bag for about 15 minutes. Remove the bread loaf from the ziplock bag and place directly on the middle oven rack (no pan). Bake at 400F for 20 minutes. Carefully, (so you don't get burned!) thump the bottom of the bread with a wooden spoon or a hand protected by an oven mitt. If it sounds hollow, it is done. If it doesn't sound hollow, pop it in the oven for an additional 5-10 minutes. Let the bread cool for 30-45 minutes. Enjoy!
